We aim to deliver every customer’s order in full and within the time window we agreed with the customer. We monitor our delivery performance each day to ensure we are doing just that!
Our delivery service is extensive and we service all areas in Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, Port Stephens, Cessnock, Hunter Valley, Central Coast and the Great Lakes each week day. For our regular customers we have been known to deliver even further afield to assist them when they have jobs away from home.
Our big fleet of crane trucks, flat bed trucks, tippers and utes means we will deliver what you want, when you want it. Our plasterboard delivery service has two of our team members hand unloading your materials. Other building supplies will generally be craned off the truck to a place on the ground that can be reached safely.
At NHS safety is of the highest importance. When our delivery team arrive on site they will perform a risk assessment to ensure they deliver your order safely. Let’s face it, the last thing you want is an accident at your site and we have safety systems in place to minimise the risk of that happening during our delivery.
