As one of Australia’s premium native hardwoods, white mahogany has a high degree of natural durability and strength, making it ideal for high-traffic and hard-wearing applications. With an aesthetically pleasing appearance, the texture is medium and even with a typically interlocked grain. Grown in the coastal forests from mid New South Wales to northern Queensland, the natural palette of white mahogany ranges from light brown to a yellow-brown, with sapwood often more creamy-brown in colour. A paler option to Blackbutt decking, with less natural defects compared to the Blackbutt.
This Australian white mahogany hardwood is sourced under the principles of Ecologically Sustainable Forestry Management, so you know you’ve made a responsible choice.
